After the initial inquiry, share full front, side, back, underside or label views, plus close-ups of damaged areas. Include overall width, height, and depth, along with doorway, stair, or pickup access constraints.
3. Discuss the scope
Clarify repair needs, material considerations, access, pickup and return options, timing, and the desired result.
4. Review the estimate
